Job Title: SAP Integration Lead
Location: Toronto 4 Days Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Position Summary
The Integration Lead will design and implement integration solutions and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for SAP payroll solutions, connecting SAP payroll systems with external systems including Workday, legacy payroll systems, payroll processors, and banking systems, while automating repetitive payroll business processes through RPA.
Primary Responsibilities
Payroll Integration Architecture & Design
Design enterprise integration architecture for the SAP payroll ecosystem.
Map payroll system-to-system integration requirements and data flows.
Design integration patterns for payroll data exchange.
Evaluate integration tools and technologies for payroll.
Document payroll integration architecture and data flow diagrams.
Establish payroll integration security and compliance requirements.
Payroll API Integration Development
Design and develop payroll APIs for system integration.
Implement RESTful APIs for payroll data exchange.
Configure OData and SOAP interfaces for payroll.
Develop API security and authentication mechanisms.
Test payroll API performance and reliability.
Support payroll API management and versioning.
Workday to SAP Payroll Integration
Design Workday-to-SAP payroll integration for HR and payroll data.
Map Workday data structures to SAP payroll formats.
Develop integration interfaces for employee master data.
Implement payroll and compensation data feeds from Workday.
Design error handling and payroll data reconciliation processes.
Test Workday payroll integration and data accuracy.
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for Payroll
Design and implement RPA solutions for payroll business processes.
Identify automation opportunities in payroll processing.
Develop RPA workflows for payroll data validation.
Develop RPA for payroll variance investigation.
Develop RPA for payroll reconciliation.
