Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) environments.
- Perform application onboarding, offboarding, account aggregation, provisioning, and reconciliation activities.
- Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, role management, and access certifications.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within defined SLAs.
- Monitor SailPoint jobs, connectors, workflows, and integrations to ensure platform stability.
- Coordinate with application owners, security teams, and auditors for access governance activities.
- Support compliance, audit requests, and periodic access review campaigns.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and lifecycle management.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, Web Services, REST APIs, and application integrations.
- Understanding of provisioning, certifications, RBAC, SoD controls, and access governance.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or SQL.
