Senior Salesforce QM tester

QM – Salesforce Tester - JOB Description

Please list 5 mandatory “MUST HAVE” skills and experience for this requirement. Please include skills related to technical as well as domain and non-technical skills and experience as applicable to the position.

  1. Functional testing with experience in analyzing requirements, writing and executing test cases, testing strategy of web application, etc.
  1. Experienced in scripting/running queries – SQL (mist important)
  1. Experience in Salesforce, web application and mobile app testing
  1. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  1. Experience in API and Data testing
  1. Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up test data, SQL queries & Oracle DB.
  1. Very good Communication skills, proactive and quick learner and worked as individual contributor
  1. Wealth and Asset management domain knowledge
  1. Strong experience with minimum 8 – 12 yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing artifacts, QA best practices
  1. Perform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations for improvement
  1. Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business, Vendors and raising timely risks/reporting
  1. Experience in working on agile methodology
  1. Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence

Requirements

Requires 8–12 years of experience in SDLC and QA processes, including functional testing, test planning, SQL queries, Salesforce, API and data testing, and Agile delivery. Candidates should have wealth and asset management knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience working independently with stakeholders; Salesforce cloud products and automation tools are nice to have.
