Qualifications & Experience-
5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related fields, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and measurable business impact.
- Proven expertise in designing complex digital products, enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, or data-intensive applications.- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design platforms.
- Experience utilizing AI-powered design, research, or productivity tools to improve design outcomes and team efficiency
- Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect user experience improvements to customer satisfaction, product adoption, and business outcomes.
