You will partner closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful digital experiences.

Position Responsibilities

Participate in architecture reviews, propose technical solutions, and document design decisions
Improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring fast and reliable deployments
Instrument applications for observability using New Relic, proactively identifying and resolving performance issues
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with product and design partners to translate requirements into well-architected technical solutions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in TypeScript across both frontend and backend
Hands-on experience with React Native and the Expo ecosystem
Experience with state management and data fetching using React Query (TanStack Query)
Backend development experience with Node.js (experience with NestJS is a plus)
Working knowledge of Redis for caching, queues, or session management
Experience with Azure cloud services, including deploying to AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD

Backend development at scale
Experience with New Relic or similar APM/observability platforms
Demonstrated ability to make architectural decisions: API design, service boundaries, scalability, and performance trade-offs
Strong understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e) across mobile and backend
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical trade-offs

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Contribute to and drive architectural decisions for mobile and backend systems
