Position Overview:

ZPC is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team in a part-time administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
Manage scheduling, appointments, and internal coordination
Handle emails, documents, forms, and organizational systems
Assist with member/client communication and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and tracking systems
Provide in-person support during scheduled hours
Assist with program, event, or coaching logistics
Support leadership with general operational tasks

Ideal Candidate:

Organized, dependable, and proactive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in coaching, fitness, wellness, or personal development is an asset
Comfortable working in a people-focused environment
Able to take initiative and manage tasks independently
Professional, positive, and reliable
Open to learning and long-term growth within the role

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administration, customer service, or coordination preferred
Comfortable using Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Position Details:

Location: North York (in-person role)
Hours: 8-15 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible, to be coordinated
Trial Period: 3 months
Growth Opportunity: Potential transition into expanded role (part-time or full-time)
