The successful candidate will be a proactive, curious and collaborative lawyer with strong communication, problem-solving and client-management skills. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating legal documents, advising condominium clients strategically, overseeing corporate meetings, working with professionals such as engineers and auditors, and carriage of matters before forums including the Superior Court of Justice, Condominium Authority Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal and other dispute-resolution bodies.
