Our client, a well-established law firm in Burlington with a strong reputation and longstanding client base, is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law, with a strong background in corporate reorganizations, M&A, and general corporate advisory work. Experience in commercial lending and financing would be an asset.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers on sophisticated transactions, with a view to gradually taking over an established book as part of the firm's succession planning. The firm offers a collegial, well-supported environment, stable working hours and no formal billable targets.

Responsibilities
