Our client, a fast-growing global B2B technology company consistently recognized as one of Canada's Best Workplaces, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel with significant experience in drafting and negotiating sophisticated technology agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, technology development, services and strategic partnership agreements, with a particular emphasis on supporting sales teams and negotiating customer-facing transactions.
