Role Description As a Retail Associate at Zumel & Co., you will work part-time on-site at our Queen Street West location in Toronto, ON. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, provide fitting room support, and ensure a positive in-store shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual standards, restocking merchandise, handling point-of-sale transactions, and monitoring inventory levels on the sales floor. You will help keep the store clean and organized, support merchandising updates, and communicate promotions or new arrivals to customers. The role also involves both collaborating with team members to meet store goals, achieving personal sales goals and upholding Zumel & Co.’s customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused service approach to create welcoming, positive interactions.
• Experience delivering quality customer experience, including assisting with product selection and handling inquiries.
• Basic inventory management skills, such as restocking, tagging, and maintaining organized stock rooms.
• Clear communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Interest in women’s fashion and current trends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Full weekend availability and at least two weeldsys needed.
• Scheduling based on performance and business needs
• Position starts at $17.95/ hour
• Approximate hour range: 20-24 hours/ week
