Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Sr. Scrum Master for a 6-month onsite contract opportunity.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certifications.
- Strong understanding of both Scrum methodology and business analysis frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and processes, particularly CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Agile ceremonies and implement Scrum principles effectively across development teams.
- Proficiency in modeling current and future business processes using tools like BPMN and process flow diagrams.
- Strong expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and process documents.
