We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, customization, integration, and production support. The candidate should have strong knowledge of PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HCM modules and should be comfortable working with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications.
- Work on PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor and related modules.
- Develop and modify PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR and Application Designer objects.
- Develop and support integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, testing and production support.
- Work with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft issues.
- Develop technical specifications and perform unit/integration testing.
- Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches and customization changes.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and work with Oracle databases.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.
- Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis for critical issues.
Mandatory Skills
