Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist (Odoo Specialist)

The Role We are seeking an analytical, execution-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to take the helm of our client's digital storefront using the Odoo ERP and E-commerce system.
You will oversee the entire e-commerce sales lifecycle, manage product listings, design user-friendly web interfaces, and collaborate seamlessly with our marketing team to plan and execute year-round promotional campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
Platform & UI Management: Lead the setup, daily operations, and frontend UI design of the Odoo e-commerce platform. Optimize website navigation, layouts, and the overall user journey to drive con
versions.Product Lifecycle Management: Manage all e-commerce sales aspects, including uploading new SKUs, writing product descriptions, managing inventory visibility (listing/delisting), and configuring pricing logic for heavy materials.
Catalog Integration: Seamlessly integrate and manage product feeds across Google Merchant Center and Facebook Catalogs to support dynamic advertising.
Year-Round Campaign Strategy: Move beyond seasonal pushes to map out and execute an annual promotional calendar. Partner directly with the content and marketing teams to align product launches, discounts, and site visuals with ongoing campaigns.
Sales & Logistics Operations: Oversee the backend logic for fulfilling heavy material orders, managing complex shipping rules, local delivery zones, and customer service protocols.
Hard Requirements
Platform Mastery: Proven e-commerce operations experience. Direct experience with the Odoo system is highly preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in the landscaping, construction, or heavy materials industry is a major asset.
- Technical & Design Skills: Capable of website UI design and frontend adjustments. Highly proficient with Google Merchant Center and Facebook Catalog management.
- Marketing Synergy: Strong ability to collaborate with videographers, photographers, and social media managers to align digital operations with content strategies.
