Role & Responsibilities
The ERP & Data Analyst keeps our Acumatica ERP running smoothly day to day and turns ERP data into clear, reliable reporting for the business. You'll be the first point of contact for ERP requests, managing user tickets through our helpdesk system, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and building our Acumatica knowledge base. You'll also create the reports, Generic Inquiries and dashboards our teams rely on, and deliver analysis that helps management make better decisions. ERP Administration & User Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for Acumatica users across A.C. Americas® and its sister companies, managing requests through our helpdesk ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot system and process issues, identify root causes, and escalate to our Acumatica partner when needed.
- Track and document all tickets through to resolution.
- Maintain user accounts, roles, access rights and security settings.
- Maintain system configuration, workflows and master data settings as business needs change.
- Assist with Acumatica customizations and integrations, including API and OData connections.
- Test system updates, upgrades and customizations before release.
- Assist with data imports and mass updates, ensuring data integrity across customer, vendor, item and pricing records.
Knowledge Base & Training
- Build and maintain our Acumatica knowledge base, including process guides, how-to articles and FAQs.
- Use ticket trends to spot recurring issues and create content or training that prevents them.
- Train employees individually or in groups on system processes and best practices.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build, edit and maintain Generic Inquiries, Report Designer reports, dashboards and KPIs in Acumatica.
- Develop Excel-based financial and operational reports using ERP-connected reporting tools.
- Extract data from Acumatica using Generic Inquiries, OData and APIs for reporting and analysis.
- Analyze sales, margin, inventory, purchasing and service data, and present clear findings to management.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports supporting month-end, inventory and sales performance reviews.
- Standardize existing reports so that each metric has one trusted version.
- Support reporting between Acumatica, our CRM and other business systems.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in ERP support, systems analyst or data analyst roles; helpdesk ticketing experience preferred
- Hands-on Acumatica experience strongly preferred (comparable ERP experience will be considered)
- Experience building Generic Inquiries, reports and dashboards
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical, communication and customer-service skills
- Assets: Acumatica customization, APIs/OData, data visualization tools, ERP reporting tools and CRM platforms

This position is to fill a vacancy and offers competitive compensation starting at $65,000.00/annually based on experience, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.
