Aarc-West Industrial Coatings Inc. (AWC) was founded in late 2008 as a subsidiary of Aarc-West Mechanical Insulation Inc. (AWM) in an effort to expand by offering value-added services to its customers. In January 2010, Aarc-West Industrial Coatings completed the acquisition of the abrasive blasting and coating shop facilities of Ross Rex Industrial Painters in Surrey BC. With the acquisition, Aarc-West Industrial Coatings was able to retain three key people at the Ross Rex facility as well as a team of experienced and highly knowledgeable staff that are trained in all aspects of the industry.
