POSITION: Coordinator, Premium Service
DEPARTMENT: Premium Hospitality
REPORTS TO: Manager, Premium Service
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator, Premium Service provides excellent guest service to all premium members and guests related to the guest experience, including service and food and beverage. This position coordinates all pre-event food and beverage orders in an efficient manner to ensure orders and special requests are accurate for each event. The incumbent will also overall support hospitality operations. Owns and delivers the full premium client journey, ensuring all contractual commitments are met or exceeded from the start of the relationship while providing elevated, relationship-driven service to high-value members throughout their time in the building. This is a part-time hourly role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help the premium team deliver a best-in-class fan experience within all premium level experiences including suites, loge, and our lounge.
- Assist with menu planning for each new hockey season; provide menu planning assistance for suite owners.
- Develop strong professional relationships with all our Premium members along with all other premium seating areas in Rogers Forum, to meet standards of excellence and efforts to retain each account
- Follow up with suite holders/loge seat holders on post event related issues (i.e. lost and found, complaints or requests)
- Prepare and send out premium communication pre-event, event day, and post event.
- Answer suites phone line in a courteous and professional manner.
- Double-check all orders for accuracy; check all means of order placing to ensure all orders have been inputted.
- Prepare the Suite Notes for each event; assist in preparing all other paperwork for every game/event, including printing of signs and other.
- Assist in training and scheduling premium employees.
- Perform all clerical duties and provide administrative support for the department.
- Participate in events, promotions, and client entertainment activities.
- Work all Abbotsford Canucks game nights along with Concerts, and Special Events
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least two years of administrative experience, including experience with office administrative procedures
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to stay one step ahead
- Professional temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances
- Solid team player with a strong customer service focus
- Superior organizational and administrative skills and a demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong editing and proofing abilities, and the ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels
- Proven time management skills, with an ability to effectively establish and execute priorities in a dynamic and changing environment
- Extensive computer knowledge, including MS Office
- Able to work flexible event-based hours that includes evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is an asset
