Accent Building Sciences is a Canadian engineering firm with 3 decades of building science experience with large, complex projects in both the public and private sector. Founded in 1997, our professional team helps property managers and building owners replace or repair building envelope systems (roofs, walls, windows, balconies) before a failure in the system leads to costly repairs. ABSI has been solving building sciences challenges for municipalities, property managers and building owners across Ontario through services that include: • Roof and building envelope consulting; • Design, and construction management of the design; and • Complete building condition assessment and reserve fund study.

Quality control at ABSI is more than just words. The firm pioneered the discipline of quality control in the building sciences industry, and shaped the standards by which quality roofing consulting is judged.
