Job Description
The Digital Language Annotator (DLA) supports the improvement of AI-powered search and recommendation systems by evaluating content relevance, identifying model errors, and providing high-quality human judgment. This role plays a critical part in training and refining machine learning models that impact user experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Review search queries, content, and AI-generated evaluations to assess accuracy and relevance.
Apply established guidelines and quality standards to make consistent rating decisions.
Identify, classify, and document model errors, including incorrect reasoning and factual inaccuracies.
Conduct research to validate content, entities, trends, and contextual information when required.
Create reports on query evaluations, analyze performance trends, and identify recurring error patterns to support model improvements.
Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure alignment on evaluation standards and calibration.
Maintain high accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity while handling complex or ambiguous cases.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 year in relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing, online sales, collections, telemarketing, or customer support
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fluent in both Portuguese and English
Preferred Qualifications
Beginner to intermediate knowledge and understanding of Digital Advertising on Social Media Platforms
Strong objection handling and consultative communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction
Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills
Intermediate data analysis skills
Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Digital experience using social media and familiarity with online advertising products
Positive attitude
Flexible, quick learner able to adapt to continuously evolving environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
