You Are
You are a trusted advisor and transformation leader with experience in Defence, Public Service, National Security, or other complex public sector environments.
You combine executive relationship skills, business development experience, and delivery leadership to help clients solve critical challenges. You are comfortable engaging senior executives, shaping opportunities, leading teams, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
The Work
As a Senior Manager, you will play a leadership role in growing Accenture's Defence & Public Service business while helping clients modernize operations, improve mission outcomes, and accelerate transformation. You will:
Build trusted relationships with senior government, defence, and industry leaders.
Identify, shape, and lead strategic transformation opportunities.
Lead pursuits, proposals, and solution development activities.
Advise clients on operating model, workforce, digital, AI, and mission modernization initiatives.
Lead complex transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, outcome-focused solutions.
Develop market insights and thought leadership on emerging defence and public sector priorities.
Coach and develop consulting talent while contributing to practice growth and innovation.
Here's What You'll Need
10+ years of experience in consulting, Defence, Public Service, National Security, or related sectors.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and executive stakeholder relationships.
Proven business development and pursuit leadership experience.
Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
Eligibility to obtain or hold a Government of Canada security clearance.
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position
Bonus Points If
Experience working with DND, CAF, Public Safety, RCMP, CBSA, SSC, PSPC, or other federal organizations.
Experience in mission systems, command and control, defence modernization, supply chain, logistics, enterprise transformation, or AI-enabled operations.
Existing Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
Experience working with defence industry partners, OEMs, or sovereign capability initiatives.

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
