Access Healthcare Services (AHS) is a fully accredited provider of clinic-based and in-home healthcare across the Champlain region. We collaborate closely with Ontario Health atHome, as well as a broad network of provincial and municipal agencies, to ensure the seamless delivery of timely, high-quality, and personalized healthcare services. These partnerships enable us to coordinate care effectively, respond to diverse community needs, and provide individuals with the right support at the right time, whether in a clinical setting or in the comfort of their own homes.. Guided by a client-first philosophy and supported by a progressive, inclusive culture, AHS is dedicated to providing respectful, compassionate, and skilled services that meet the unique needs of every individual we serve.

We are also proud to introduce our new division, Access Integrated Care Solutions (AICS), incorporating the AICS clinic, a contemporary healthcare model that empowers clients with choice. Our nurse led approach seamlessly integrates clinic-based services with in-home support, enhancing quality and promoting better healthy outcomes.
