Reports To
F&B Supervisor reports to Assistant F&B Manager.
Job Overview
Oversee daily or nightly shift(s), provide leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of overnight F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff.
Ensure all food and beverage outlets operate efficiently and in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Increasing year over year sales
Executing all Food and Beverage promotions
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints.
Assist with inventory control, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
Conduct nightly audits of sales, cash handling, and shift reports.
Train, coach, and mentor team members to uphold service standards and company policies.
Collaborate with security and other departments to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all F&B areas during and after service.
Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to day-shift management.
Education and Experience
1-2 years’ experience as Supervisor or Manager in multiple outlet experience or bar experience
Experience in back of the house and front of the house
Casino Or Resort Experience Preferred
Mandatory Valid AGLC Preserve Certification
Basic food safety required

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
