Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, Toronto. The Education & Immigration Sales Consultant will advise international students on suitable education programs and immigration pathways, based on their goals and eligibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, presenting service options, preparing and reviewing documentation, and guiding clients through application processes. The consultant will follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and support clients with timely updates. The role also involves collaborating with internal team members, contributing to sales targets, and participating in outreach or information sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Client Consulting skills, with the ability to advise clients on education and immigration-related options based on their individual needs.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain client relationships, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear sales mindset and strong motivation to achieve performance and income goals.
- At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Sales or consulting experience in the education or immigration industry;
- Immigration or education case processing, application preparation, or related client service experience;
- Admissions, student recruitment, or other experience working directly with international students.
- Ability to work on-site in North York, Toronto for 35+ hours per week.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of client inquiries, consultations, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- RCIC designation is an asset.
- Cantonese language skills are an asset.
