Action Contents & Moving

Action Contents is a dedicated contents claims specialist supporting insurers, adjusters, restoration companies and policyholders.

We manage the contents portion of a property claim from initial assessment through final return, giving our partners one accountable team and one Project Manager responsible for keeping the work moving.

Our services include contents assessment and documentation, Schedule of Loss preparation, pack-out, inventory management, non-restorable documentation, specialty evaluations, secure storage, contents processing, logistics and final pack-back.

We are not a restoration contractor and we don't compete for the building repair. We work alongside restoration partners so each party can focus on what they do best.

Our role is simple: own the contents workstream, provide clear documentation and communication, and reduce the delays, unnecessary handling and uncertainty that can complicate property claims.

Action combines dedicated Project Management with substantial field, warehouse and logistics capacity, allowing us to manage everything from individual water losses to complex fire and CAT assignments.

Contents claims, owned end to end.

Serving Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, with CAT response capability across Western Canada.
