About Us
As a Senior Application Developer, you will analyze user requirements, design and develop internet/intranet applications, and ensure that projects are completed on time with exceptional quality. You will play a key role in shaping the features and functionality of our systems while mentoring junior developers.
What you will do
Seamlessly connect with your existing systems and applications to create a cohesive operational environment.
User Requirement Analysis: Analyze user requirements to envision system features and functionalities that meet business needs.
Application Development: Design and develop internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and prioritizing features throughout the development life cycle.
Solution Recommendation: Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of different approaches.
Best Practices Implementation: Implement and enforce best practices among team members to ensure high-quality development processes.
Application Integration: Integrate applications by designing database architecture, server scripting, and establishing connectivity with network systems and information servers.
Project Coordination: Complete application development on time by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities while troubleshooting issues across multiple environments.
User Support: Support users by developing comprehensive documentation and assistance tools to enhance user experience.
Continuous Learning: Upgrade your knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; attend trainings as directed by management.
Value Addition: Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and improve processes.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide application developers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities to foster their professional growth.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Application Developer, with a strong understanding of web technologies and programming languages.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot development and production issues.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in mentoring and guiding team members is a plus.
