Factory labourer
We're looking for dynamic, versatile day laborers to join our structural steel fabrication team. As a Plant Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to the production of high quality steel structures. You will work in a stimulating and collaborative environment where safety, quality and efficiency are paramount.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform safe lifting and handling tasks using equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Participate in the preparation of materials and the prefabrication of components.
- Comply with established quality standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment, preferably in the steel industry.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow precise instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and concern for quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
Advantages
Salary between $20-22 per hour + evening bonus + full benefits.
