THE PROCESS
Long interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us 😉
We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
So here there will be a three stage interview process:
1- A chat with one of our recruiters
2- A zoom chat with an Adaptive BA where they will ask detailed questions to assess experience/expertise
3- A Face to Face interview (via Zoom)
After these steps have been completed and all goes well, a casual virtual meet-and-greet with the client will be scheduled.
But don’t worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by the Adaptive recruiter.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION: 💜
Diversity and inclusion are key to a great workplace, and Adaptive is better when it’s more representative of the world around us. Our colleagues feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work without any fear of judgment or negativity. All we ask is that anyone providing services here is respectful and collaborative, and has the required skills.
Background check: the engagement is subject to an acceptable background check that will be run by Adaptive on any Individual/s providing the services.
