Advantage Farm Equipment is a multi-generational, family-owned and operated equipment dealership serving Southwestern Ontario from our locations in Wyoming, London, and Essex.
We sell and support Fendt, Massey Ferguson, AGCO, Bobcat, and Wacker Neuson, working with farmers, contractors, municipalities, landscapers, construction companies, and property owners.
From salt water to salt water, big or small, we sell and service it all.
The Role
We’re looking for a Service & Parts Administrator / Advisor to join our London team.
This is a hands-on coordination and customer service role. You’ll work between our customers, technicians, parts department, and management to help keep the day organized and jobs moving.
Your day could include:
- Answering customer calls and helping at the counter
- Opening and maintaining service work orders
- Scheduling repairs and coordinating technician workloads
- Keeping customers updated on their equipment
- Assisting with parts inquiries, orders, and availability
- Working with parts and service to keep repairs moving
- Assisting with warranty paperwork and documentation
- Tracking jobs from drop-off through completion
- Keeping records, work orders, and service information organized
- Helping with general service and parts administration
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep the department running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything about every piece of equipment we sell.
You do need some background or knowledge in mechanical, agricultural, automotive, heavy equipment, construction equipment, trucking, powersports, or a similar industry.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organized and dependable
- Good with customers
- Comfortable on the phone and at the counter
- Able to juggle multiple priorities
- Mechanically minded
- Willing to learn
- A team player who takes ownership of their work
Previous experience in service, parts, administration, shop coordination, or customer service is a strong asset.

This position is initially being offered for a one-year term, with the opportunity to continue as our business and team grow.
Some training may take place at our other Advantage Farm Equipment locations, with applicable travel expenses covered.
