Responsibilities
Sell and service personal lines insurance products, assess clients’ insurance needs, and provide accurate information and professional recommendations. Process policy changes in the Broker Management System/Rival TBW, maintain client records and documentation, and meet licensing and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must have a General Insurance License Level 1 and 1–2 years of personal lines insurance experience; experience as a Motor License Issuer is preferred. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail are required.
