Role Description: Working closely with Premier Soccer Leagues Canada coaches to identify talented players willing to take that next step to the Canadian Premier League/abroad.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Canadian soccer pyramid
- Canadian Premier League affiliation
- Soccer scouting experience

The beautiful game in Canada is up on the rise and no better time to help discover pro-am talents ready to make the leap to going pro, thus helping scale and advance the Canadian Soccer Ecosystem. They (talents) should possess the Desire, Hunger and Love (DHL) as we call it, to become professionals in the sport.
