About the Opportunity
Aeolus Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Business Development & Marketing Manager on behalf of a Fortune 500 client with an established Canadian healthcare business.
This is an opportunity to shape growth in sleep therapy, home oxygen, and respiratory healthcare services. You will lead business development and marketing initiatives, strengthen healthcare partnerships, and identify opportunities that support profitable growth and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on expanding the sleep therapy and oxygen therapy business.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, service offerings, commercial partnerships, and strategic investment opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to strengthen referral networks.
- Work closely with sales managers and national sales teams to expand market presence and drive business growth.
- Lead the integrated marketing strategy, including brand positioning, patient engagement, and demand generation.
- Oversee internal and external media channels, campaigns, and key marketing projects.
- Assess the financial and commercial viability of growth opportunities and negotiate partnership arrangements.
- Collaborate with clinical, commercial, operations, and digital leaders to ensure initiatives are scalable and aligned with patient care priorities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ideally, 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, or healthcare growth roles.
- Experience in healthcare sales and marketing is an asset.
- Understanding of sleep therapy, oxygen therapy, or broader healthcare services.
- Demonstrated success driving growth through partnerships, referral networks, or new business models.
- Experience working in regulated healthcare environments.
- Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build productive relationships and lead initiatives across multiple teams.
