We're looking for a relationship-focused Business Advisor to support our agriculture members across Regina and surrounding communities. This role requires time on farms, in communities, building trusted relationships and understanding their operations firsthand. What you’ve got:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven ability to grow a book of business, achieve targets, and build a strong pipeline through relationship-based sales.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and business operating models

Knowledge of agricultural operations, production cycles, and the opportunities and challenges facing Saskatchewan producers.
