Afrique Connection Consultancy (ACC) is a recruitment and talent sourcing agency based in Cape Town, working across South Africa, the wider region and internationally.

We partner with employers to find the people who aren't looking. Most job adverts only reach candidates who are actively job hunting, which is a small fraction of the market. The professionals doing their jobs well, performing, respected, settled, are rarely browsing job boards. We identify and approach them directly.

Our reach spans mining and artisan trades, construction and the built environment, engineering and manufacturing, finance and accounting, legal and conveyancing, healthcare and nursing, nonprofit and international development, technology, logistics, sales and HR. We are currently retained by several international development and health organisations, and work with clients across manufacturing, mining, construction and professional services.

How we work is straightforward. We take the brief properly, source and screen candidates against it, and send you a short, qualified list, not a stack of applications to sort through. Every credential we submit is verified before it reaches you. Our fee is payable only once a candidate we introduce has been appointed, with no cost to review profiles and no obligation. All placements carry a replacement guarantee.

If a role has been open longer than expected, or the applicants coming through aren't the calibre you need, the person you're looking for may simply never have seen the advert. That's where we come in.
