AGBABA | Windsor, Ontario
25 hours/week | $25–$30/hour | In-person
Monday–Friday | Approximately 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Potential to grow into a full-time position
AGBABA is seeking a creative and highly capable Content Producer & Social Media Manager to lead the content and personal-brand strategy surrounding our founder and growing real estate development company.
This is not a traditional desk-based social media position.
You will work directly alongside the founder, documenting the real-world process of building and operating a growing development company - from construction sites and project meetings to acquisitions, business decisions, events and the spontaneous moments that make compelling stories.
We are looking for someone who can recognize a great story as it is happening, grab a camera, capture it, turn it into compelling long- and short-form content, and understand how to distribute that content to build an audience.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera, inside an editing timeline, and thinking strategically about audience growth.
The position will initially be approximately 25 hours per week, primarily in person at our Windsor office. There is significant potential for this role to develop into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Film an ongoing YouTube documentary/vlog series following the founder and AGBABA's projects
- Edit polished 10–20 minute YouTube episodes with strong storytelling, pacing, music, audio and colour
- Create compelling short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Lead the day-to-day management and growth strategy of the founder's personal social-media presence
- Be available during scheduled office hours to capture spontaneous meetings, site visits, project developments and other worthwhile moments
- Recognize interesting moments, stories and hooks without needing to be told exactly what to film
- Develop content calendars and determine what should be published, when and on which platform
- Develop titles, thumbnails, captions, hooks and overall content packaging
- Monitor analytics, retention and audience behaviour and continually adapt strategy based on performance
- Capture high-quality footage of AGBABA developments, construction progress, events and completed projects
- Build and maintain an organized archive of raw footage and completed content
- Coordinate external photographers, drone operators or other production professionals when required
What We're Looking For
- Strong video editing ability using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent professional software
- Strong understanding of filming, composition, lighting and audio
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form vertical content
- Genuine understanding of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok growth, not simply experience scheduling posts
- Strong instincts for storytelling, hooks, pacing and audience retention
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where plans can change quickly
- Comfortable accompanying the founder to construction sites, meetings, events and other locations
- Enough confidence and personality to interact naturally from behind the camera
- Excellent judgment regarding what should - and should not - be filmed or published
- Interest in business, real estate, architecture, construction or entrepreneurship is an asset
- Professional camera experience is preferred; equipment can be provided

To apply, please submit all three of the following:
1. Resume
Your current resume outlining relevant work experience, education and skills.
2. Portfolio
Examples of your best work demonstrating short-form and long-form video editing and/or videography.
Please include links to content you personally filmed or edited and briefly identify your role in each project.
3. 60-Second Introduction Video
Send us a short video introducing yourself and telling us:
- Who you are
