As a BI Analyst, you will serve as a trusted business partner, translating business needs into meaningful, data-driven solutions. You will design and develop intuitive dashboards, support stakeholders with their analytical requirements, and recommend data visualization best practices to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.

How you will contribute to collective success:
Business Partnership & Requirements Gathering
- Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements with project sponsors and subject matter experts (SMEs) across various business functions to understand objectives and analytical needs.
- Translate business requirements and large volumes of data into actionable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
- Work within an Agile development framework by translating business needs into user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating visual mockups to guide development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business by proactively identifying opportunities to leverage data and improve analytics and decision-making.
Data Visualization
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Apply data visualization best practices.
- Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and business logic defined by the organization are accurately represented in dashboards and data visualizations.
- Continuously enhance existing solutions based on business needs, user adoption, and evolving requirements.
Leadership
- Collaborate with data engineers to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance on BI development, analytics, dashboard design, and data visualization best practices.
- Contribute to the development of BI standards and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree;
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities as a Business Analyst;
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful strategic insights;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and recommend effective data-driven solutions;
- Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SAC, Tableau, etc.);
- Deep knowledge of data visualization and data storytelling best practices; • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
