In this key Domain Architect role, you will leverage your experience in domain and solution architecture to design, enhance, and optimize high-performing, secure, and user-centric digital environments. You will play a critical role in modernizing corporate platforms, automating support processes, strengthening data governance, and integrating enterprise systems. You will also support Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Shared Services, Compliance, and ESG functions in driving operational excellence and digital transformation across the organization.

What You'll Be Responsible for Every Day
- Define, evolve, and champion target architectures, guiding principles, and technology roadmaps for the assigned domain.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, secure, and standards-aligned solution architectures that support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Guide technology initiatives throughout their lifecycle, from ideation and assessment to planning, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including conceptual and logical models, solution diagrams, architecture decisions, impact assessments, and technology recommendations.
- Actively participate in architecture review boards and governance forums to ensure consistency, integrity, and long-term sustainability of the technology landscape.
- Evaluate solution alternatives by considering integration requirements, technology dependencies, risks, total cost of ownership, and expected business value.
- Contribute to the modernization of the application landscape by promoting simplification, standardization, reuse of existing capabilities, and reduction of technical debt.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to delivery teams, business analysts, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.
- Support the continuous improvement of architecture practices through the adoption of frameworks, patterns, standards, and industry best practices.
Domain-Specific Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the target architecture supporting corporate functions, including Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and Corporate Services.
- Design, modernize, and optimize internal and external digital platforms to deliver seamless, integrated, and high-performing experiences for employees, suppliers, customers, members, and business partners.
- Ensure effective integration between digital platforms and enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, document management solutions, Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, and corporate SaaS applications.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards related to digital platforms, security, digital identity, system integration, and data governance.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and advance opportunities involving automation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and continuous process improvement.
- Support enterprise digital transformation programs and technology modernization initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, enhancing service quality, and delivering measurable business value.

The Profile That Will Thrive in This Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Certifications in Architecture, Project Management, SAP, TOGAF, Cloud Technologies, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline are considered strong assets.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture or domain architecture within complex, multi-site enterprise environments involving multiple integrated platforms.
- Proven experience supporting Finance, Procurement, Corporate Services, and Shared Services functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying internal and external digital portals, including intranets, extranets, and supplier, customer, or partner portals.
- Strong track record of collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver impactful solutions.
- Solid understanding of integration architectures, content management, digital identity and access management (SSO/IAM), and digital user experience best practices.
- Experience with enterprise platforms and technologies such as SAP, Workday, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, corporate SaaS solutions, and document management systems.
