Role Description The Cargo Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for assisting customers with cargo bookings, tracking shipments, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. The role includes preparing and processing documentation, verifying shipment details, coordinating with warehouse and airline operations, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory procedures. The representative will handle customer issues and escalations, provide clear and timely updates regarding cargo status, and support billing or payment inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth daily cargo operations and high-quality customer experiences.

- Customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
