Title: Sr. UKG Kronos Consultant
Location: Calgary, AB
Duration: 4+ months with potential extension
Weâre looking for an experienced UKG/Kronos Workforce Central consultant/SME to support our transition from Kronos Workforce Central to Human Capital Management (Dayforce preferred).
Key Areas:
- Strong hands-on Kronos Workforce Central configuration/administration experience
- We need someone who already knows Kronos and can hit the ground running.
- Knowledge of timekeeping, work rules, roles, accruals, and WIM integrations
- Ability to work with our current Kronos analyst for knowledge transfer
- Support requirements validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing Kronos operations
- Act as the Kronos SME/bridge with the Dayforce project team
- Experience with system migrations/transitions is a plus
