Role Description The Life Insurance Admin role is a full-time, on-site position located in Toronto, ON. The role involves supporting life insurance advisors with administrative tasks such as preparing and processing applications, managing policy documentation, and maintaining accurate client records. The Life Insurance Admin will handle incoming client inquiries, coordinate follow-ups with insurance providers, and track policy changes, renewals, and claims. Daily responsibilities include data entry, organizing files, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also requires collaboration with team members to streamline workflow, support client meetings, and contribute to a high level of service for clients and advisors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance and Finance to support policy administration and understanding of life insurance and related products.
