Your Opportunity:
Under the direct supervision of the Provincial Badging Team Lead, the Administrative Support III - Enterprise Security Clerk will provide clerical support to the Protective Services Department. The successful candidate will take photos of and issue photo ID / access to AHS staff, physicians, students, volunteers and contractors. They will also be responsible for maintaining office equipment, inventory, recording and updating documents while following departmental standards and directives. Essential qualities required of this position include the ability to think critically and problem solve both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills are required as well as an ability to multi-task while remaining flexible in time management. The applicant will be required to provide support to the ESS Advisors and site leads on various in-house projects. Regular clerical duties may include photocopying, filing, responding to email, and phone call inquiries.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Supplementary Computer & Office Courses. Must be experienced in using Word, Excel and database management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service orientated environment, preferably in a health care organization of similar size and complexity. Demonstrated ability to work within Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to work and think critically in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Exercise a high degree of professionalism and confidence in working with stakeholders to resolve complex problems to meet urgent or time sensitive requests.
