Role Description As a Sales Associate for Call It Spring in Burlington, ON, you will work on-site, in-store, on a part-time basis. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and offer product recommendations that align with current trends and brand standards. Daily responsibilities include assisting with footwear and accessory fittings, processing sales and returns at the cash desk, and maintaining a clean, visually appealing sales floor. You will help with merchandising, restocking inventory, and supporting promotional activities while following company policies and procedures. The role also involves working collaboratively with the store team to meet sales targets, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and upholding ALDO Group’s values of diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and support purchase decisions.
- Cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) operation, and basic math skills to accurately process transactions and manage returns.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse clientele and collaborate with team members.
- Visual merchandising, product presentation, and attention to detail to maintain an appealing and organized store environment.
- Time management, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic product knowledge or interest in fashion, footwear, and accessories, with a willingness to learn about collections and trends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as moving stock and organizing the sales floor.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
