The starting salary based on experience is $52,000 annually, along with a fantastic perk / additional benefits program that includes: annual bonus program, employer RRSP matching, extended health benefits, wellness spending account and much more. Previous McDonald’s experience is not required - we provide a comprehensive paid training program to set you up for success. However, managerial experience in the service industry is strongly preferred.

- Inspiring and leading a team that embodies pride, excellence, and the delivery of world-class service
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and clean environment for your guests, team, and yourself
- Managing and guiding Crew Members to success through coaching, feedback, and development
- Taking ownership of your department’s operations, including responsibilities such as creating crew schedules, ordering products and supplies, and implementing processes that support restaurant success
- Serving as a key assistant to the General Manager by supporting restaurant operations, leading teams, and helping execute business goals
- Actively participating in local community events that contribute to the vibrancy and growth of the area
- Upholding McDonald’s renowned cleanliness and operational standards
- Driving sales and profits - building both the business and your professional and financial value
