Alliance Building Contractors Ltd. is looking for a qualified Site Superintendent to join our team. The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: MUST HAVE 5+ years as a Site Superintendent or similar.
- Location: Based in the Greater Moncton area (willingness to travel is required).
- Skills: Strong leadership, COR/3rd party safety audit experience, GSC Certification would be ideal but at a minimum must have ability to interpret plans/specs and a proven track record of coordinating complex site activities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in construction management technology and safety programs.
- Requirements: Excellent record-keeping skills and a clean driving record.
