Role Description The Leasing & Property Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, supporting the daily operations of boutique multi-residential properties. This position coordinates leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting showings, processing applications, and preparing lease documentation. The coordinator assists with tenant onboarding, addresses routine service requests, and helps ensure a high standard of resident satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, updating property management systems, supporting vendor coordination, and assisting with reporting, compliance, and general office administration. The role collaborates closely with property management and operations teams to ensure efficient building operations and a positive resident experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, prospects, and vendors.
- Analytical skills to review applications, track property performance metrics, and support data-driven decisions.
- Experience in operations management and property coordination, ideally within residential real estate or a related field.
- Administrative assistance skills, including organizing documentation, maintaining digital and physical records, and managing scheduling.
- Proficiency with property management software, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, and occasionally outside standard business hours as property needs require.
- Post-secondary education in business, real estate, property management, or a related field is an asset, along with prior experience in leasing or residential property operations.
