Role Description
Amazon E-commerce Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on Amazon E-commerce Specialist to support the day-to-day management and growth of our Amazon business.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, product listings, inventory, advertising, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities in Amazon Seller Central
- Create and update product listings, variations, attributes, and backend information
- Help resolve listing, suppression, catalog, and inventory issues
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and A+ Content
- Monitor product rankings, traffic, conversion, and sales performance
- Track key advertising metrics including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR and conversion
- Monitor FBA inventory and support replenishment planning
- Assist with promotions, deals, pricing updates, and new product launches
- Monitor Account Health and work with Amazon Seller Support when issues arise
- Prepare regular sales, advertising, inventory, and performance reports
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of Amazon Seller Central or marketplace experience
- Experience managing Amazon product listings and catalog updates
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Amazon PPC and SEO
- Understanding of FBA inventory and replenishment
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow issues through to resolution
Experience with Helium 10, Keepa, Seller board, Brand Registry, or Vendor Central is considered an asset.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow their Amazon marketplace experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, Monday–Friday.
