Allrush Print and Apparel is seeking an experienced Sales Representative focused exclusively on apparel and promotional product sales. We are looking for someone who understands apparel decoration, delivers strong customer service, and can manage a high volume of inquiries with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage apparel and promotional product inquiries from initial contact through quoting, order placement, and follow-up.
- Recommend suitable garments, promotional products, and decoration methods based on customer needs, budgets, and deadlines.
- Source products and obtain vendor pricing, inventory availability, production timelines, and shipping costs.
- Use Excel to prepare accurate customer quotes, including product, decoration, setup, and shipping costs.
- Respond to quote requests within 60 minutes or less during business hours.
- Handle a large volume of emails while keeping customer requests, quotes, and orders organized.
- Confirm artwork requirements, decoration specifications, and order details with customers and production staff.
- Build customer relationships and actively pursue sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of apparel sales experience.
- Proven customer service and sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of silkscreen printing, embroidery, DTF (direct-to-film), and other apparel decoration methods, including their applications and limitations.
- Experience sourcing apparel and promotional products and obtaining pricing from vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using spreadsheets and formulas to generate quotes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of emails and competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to work in our Calgary office.
