ALLSTAR GROUP OF COMPANIES is currently seeking IRATA or SPRAT Certified Technicians for specialized high-access operations in Vancouver, BC. We are looking for rope access technicians to fill full-time positions in building cleaning and maintenance.
Compensation & Location pf work:
- Hourly Rate: $32.00 – $47.00 per hour (depending on experience).
- Location of work: Various location within the lower mainland area of Vancouver

Job description: Rope Access Exterior Cleaning Technician
- Perform window cleaning on commercial and residential buildings using rope access techniques.
- Pressure Cleaning, Bird Spike Installation, Gutter Cleaning, Stain Removal
- Use approved cleaning methods and tools (e.g., squeegees, water-fed poles, detergents).
- Operate safely under IRATA Level 1/2/3 guidelines and company procedures.
- Conduct pre-job site inspections and assist with setup of safety systems.
- Follow instructions from IRATA Level 3 supervisors and cooperate with team members.
- Maintain and inspect personal protective equipment (PPE) and rope access gear.
- Complete daily work reports and communicate any site issues to supervisors.
- Ensure work is performed efficiently, professionally, and with minimal disruption to clients or the public.
- Follow established safety rules and instructions.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Work experience 1 to 2 years
- IRATA or SPRAT Certification required
- Not afraid of heights and able to work on ladders and suspended stages
- Enthusiasm and decent work attitude
- Valid BC driver’s license is an asset, but not required
- Must be able to work while suspended in harness for extended periods of time
- Be capable of functioning in climatic extremes
- Criminal record check will be done
- Language: English (required)
