What You Bring to the Team
- Valid Certifications:
- Journeyman Pipefitter Red Seal / Trade Certification.
- Standard First Aid Certificate, Common Safety Orientation (CSO), and WHMIS 2015.
- Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE) Certificate.
- Modular Yard & Trade Expertise:
- Extensive superintendency or supervisory experience within a modular assembly yard and shop environment serving the oil & gas sector.
- Modular Assembly Background Required
- Technical & Operational Mastery:
- In-depth knowledge of heavy spool assembly, pipefitting tolerances, structural integration, blueprint interpretation, P&IDs, and testing procedures.
- Safety & Leadership Drive:
- Demonstrated ability to lead large crews, manage daily yard schedules, optimize workflow efficiency, and cultivate an uncompromised culture of safety on-site.
