Available Shifts (Temporary with Overtime as Required)
- Temporary Weekdays: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-Hour Shifts)
What You Bring to the Team
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of coordinating crew operations, task assignments, and daily workflows.
- Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and cultivate a positive work environment for a team of up to 10 employees using Alstar Job Relations methods.
- Safety Leadership: Active commitment to driving the Alstar Safety Culture, maintaining safe work practices, and participating in the Leadership Training Program (including Leadership for Safety Excellence at the MSHA facility).
- Training & Development: Hands-on experience implementing Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction (JI) to ensure consistent, effective on-the-job training for all crew members.
- Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, blueprint reading expertise, and a dedication to quality standards and continuous improvement.
