Responsibilities
Lead complex technical programs across Core Banking platforms, including modernization, migration, integration, and transformation initiatives. Coordinate teams and dependencies, manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance, and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of technical program or project management experience in banking or financial services, along with strong Core Banking domain knowledge. Candidates should have experience with complex, multi-team technology programs and knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud, databases, system integration, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and program governance.
