We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with Scrum Master experience to manage technical programs and support Agile delivery across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end technical programs from planning through delivery.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Remove blockers and support teams in achieving delivery goals.
  • Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Skills

  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience managing technical/software development programs.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
  • Strong risk, dependency, and issue management skills.

Preferred

  • CSM, PSM, PMP, or similar certification.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams.
